Teddy Bear cake for Kendra
Kendra ultahan pertama….
Maminya pilih tema Teddy Bear karena Kendra lagi seneng banget sama Teedy bear. Untung nemu loyang Teddy bear di Titan waktu TdT NCC Jakbar..
Plus request, teddy bearnya kudu dipakein baju yg sama seperti baju ultahan Kendra yaitu dress warna pink bergaris-garis orange…

Plus matching cupcakes utk goodybag…

Monster Cupcake

Semprot pake spuit Wilton no 21 (utk mini cupcakes) atau 1M (utk cupcake ukuran standard).

DEVIL’S FOOD CUPCAKE
Cake Ingredients :
2 cups fluor (aku pake 1 cup segitiga & 1 cup kunci)
2 cups sugar (pake gulaku yg hijau)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Pake bensdrop paling oke)
1-1/2 tsp baking soda (aku pake 1 tsp DABP & 1/2 tsp baking soda)
1-1/2 cup milk (Ultra aja deh)
1/2 cup butter (=110 gr, Orchid tinggal 90 gr plus Blue Band 20 gr)
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Chocolate Buttercream:
1 stick butter (=1/2 cup butter = 110 gr)
1/2 cup cocoa
4 cup confectioner sugar
~1/4 cup milk
Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Measure out everything but the eggs directly into your mixer bowl
Mix on low speed just until incorporated, then beat on high speed for 2 minutes
Add eggs, then beat on high speed again for another 2 minutes
Spoon the batter into the cupcake pan lined with paper cups
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool slightlyin the pan then transfer to wire rack to cool completely before frosting
Buttercream :
Beat butter on high speed for approx 30 seconds or until soft
Add cocoa and 1 cup sugar and beat until incorporated
Add half of the milk and the remainder of sugar and beat until incorporated
Continue to add milk until you get the consistency you want
